Where to find real support — and how to skip the impersonators

Customer support for fantasy platforms is a popular phishing target. The real support channel is always inside the official app or on the official website. Anyone reaching out to you first — by SMS, by WhatsApp, by Telegram, by email — should be treated as suspect.

  1. 1

In-app help is the safest route

Open the official app, go to Help or Support, and raise a ticket from inside the app. Tickets raised in-app are tied to your verified account.

  2. 2

    Email to a verified address

If the official site lists a support email, type it manually into your mail client. Do not click email links from SMS or chat apps.

  3. 3

    Skip social DMs

Real support does not run through Instagram DMs, Telegram bots or X/Twitter replies. These are popular phishing channels.

  4. 4

Do not share OTPs or passwords

Real support staff will never ask for your password or OTP. If anyone asks for either, terminate the conversation immediately.

Before you raise a ticket

Information that speeds up resolution

Support tickets resolve faster when the right information is in the first message. Save yourself a back-and-forth by including these items upfront.

A

Account identifier

The phone number or email registered to your account. Never share your password; the identifier is enough.

B

Transaction reference

For withdrawal or deposit issues: the reference ID from the wallet transaction history.

C

Screenshots

Capture the issue on screen. Crop out any sensitive personal information before attaching.

D

Time and date

Note the exact date and time the issue occurred. Time-zone aware timestamps help support correlate with platform events.

E

Steps already taken

If you have already re-uploaded KYC, restarted the app or cleared cache, say so. It saves the support team asking twice.

F

What outcome you want

"Refund my entry fee", "re-credit my bonus", "approve my KYC" — the clearer the ask, the faster the response.

Escalation

When the first response is not enough

Most issues are resolved on first contact. When they are not, escalation exists for a reason.

  1. 1

    Reply with the missing information

If the first response asks for transaction IDs or screenshots, reply with them. Most unresolved tickets are stuck because of missing information.

  2. 2

    Reference the original ticket

Always quote the original ticket number. New tickets without context usually reset the queue.

  3. 3

    Ask for the supervisor path

Ask the agent to flag the ticket for a supervisor review if the issue is unresolved after two rounds. Most platforms have a Tier 2 review process.

  4. 4

    External complaint

If the issue remains unresolved, you can file a complaint with the consumer forum or the regulator in your state. Keep the full ticket history as evidence.

Common issues

The five tickets support sees most often

If your issue matches one of these patterns, the resolution path is usually well-trodden and quick. If it does not, prepare for a longer ticket lifecycle.

Withdrawal pending

Check whether a bonus rollover is active or whether the bank account details have a typo. Most pending withdrawals resolve themselves within 72 hours.

Bonus not credited

Bonus credits are usually batched. Wait 24 hours before raising a ticket — many apparent failures resolve overnight.

Captain change not applied

If the playing XI changes after lock-in, the vice-captain becomes captain. If both are scratched, the multiplier is lost — not refunded.

Questions desk

Frequently asked questions

Short, plain-language answers to the questions that show up most often on this topic.

Where is the official customer care channel?

Inside the official app's Help or Support section, or on the verified email address listed on the official website. Avoid DMs and chat-app outreach.

Will support ever ask for my password or OTP?

No. Real support staff will never ask for either. If anyone asks, terminate the conversation immediately.

How long does a ticket take to resolve?

Simple KYC or withdrawal tickets usually resolve within 24–72 hours. Complex disputes over scoring or contest rules can take up to a week.

What if my ticket stays unresolved?

Reply with the missing information, then ask for a supervisor review. If still unresolved, escalate to the regulator or consumer forum in your state.
