Five causes account for almost every rejected KYC submission. All five are easy to avoid with a clean re-upload.
The name on the PAN, the photo ID and the bank account must all match exactly — including initials and spelling. Surnames before given names are a common cause.
The image must be clear, in focus, and capture the entire document. Cropped edges and out-of-focus images are the most common reasons for automated rejection.
