What to send, and what to expect back

The editorial team responds to corrections, story tips, dispute submissions and partnership enquiries. Most messages receive a first response within seven days. Time-sensitive press enquiries are prioritised over routine questions.

01

Corrections

If you spot something inaccurate in our coverage, send a citation with the source — a URL, a regulator notice, an operator disclosure. Verified corrections are folded into the next rewrite with a dated note.

02

Story tips

Material changes to operator policies, scoring rules, KYC flow, withdrawal timing or jurisdictional rules. We do not pursue tips that require speculation or unverifiable sourcing.

03

Dispute submissions

If you have a dispute with the operator and want the editorial team to look at it, send the ticket history and a clear description. We may publish a summary if it adds useful guidance for other users.

04

Partnership enquiries

If you operate a related service and want to discuss editorial collaboration, send a short note. Commercial relationships are clearly disclosed on any resulting coverage.

05

Privacy requests

Ask us to delete any personal data you submitted through the contact form. We will action the request within 30 days and confirm in writing when it is complete.

06

Press enquiries

For press enquiries, send a short note with the publication name, the topic and the deadline. Time-bound enquiries are prioritised over open-ended background conversations.

How we work

What happens after you send a message

Every message lands in a single editorial inbox. The first response is usually within seven days; urgent privacy or safety enquiries are prioritised.

Triage. We read every message and route it to the right thread — corrections go to the page rewrite queue, dispute submissions to the editorial review thread, partnership enquiries to the editor.

Verification. For corrections and dispute submissions, we verify the cited source before responding. If we cannot verify, we say so plainly.

Outcome. Corrections are folded into the next page rewrite with a dated note. Dispute summaries may be published if they add useful guidance; identifying details are not published without consent.

What we will not do

Editorial boundaries

Knowing what we will not do is as important as knowing what we will. The boundaries below protect the editorial independence of the site.

No operator role

We do not process deposits, run contests, sell picks or guarantee outcomes. If you need help with a stuck withdrawal or a closed account, contact the operator’s customer care directly.

No invented ratings

We do not publish star ratings, invented testimonials or fabricated user counts. Our reviews use criteria-based assessment, not numerical scores.

No promotional coverage

We do not write content designed to look editorial but actually promote a specific product, contest or bonus. Where a piece is sponsored, the disclosure appears at the top.

Privacy

What we keep, what we discard

Contact form submissions are retained for the length of the conversation and for up to 12 months afterwards, then deleted. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not share your message with third parties.
